Our female maids are from the Philippines,India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Africa. Our staff speak and understand English and Arabic.
While we do offer contract based services, signing a contract depends entirely on you. It is not compulsory to sign a contract to hire our staff. However please note that if you do not sign a contract with us you have to pay after each visit. If you do sign a contract with us, we will send you an invoice at the end of the month.
Yes we can assign the same dedicated maid for your home by signing a contract with us. As far as possible, we try to assign the same maid for your home each time. However if this is not possible, there will be a replacement regulated by us.
This depends entirely on you. Most clients prefer that the cleaning be done when they are not at home, however this can differ. We advise that you stay at home during the first visit to guide the cleaning lady through your house with specific instructions if any, on how you would like her to clean your home.
No, we provide our staff with transport to their designated work spaces.
In order to maintain efficiency and in consideration of our employee's schedules, we require at least a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning for any reason, simply call or email us.
We maintain regular checks every 6 months to monitor and maintain cleaning standards.
On the rare occasion that you aren’t happy with your assigned cleaner, you can of course always request to have your cleaner changed. Your satisfaction is our goal.
